Answer: Weekly service area covers greater Chico, California area only.
Maintenance service call area covers greater Northern California area only (One time service calls. Trip charge may apply).


3. Question: Does Sunquest Pools provide estimates for all work to be performed?

Answer: Sunquest Pools does provide free estimates for all work to be performed.


4. Question: If my pool is green, how long will it take for Sunquest Pools to "clear it up?"

Answer:
The time for a green pool to become crystal clear varies, but generally Sunquest Pools can clear up a green pool within a week. Please contact us with the specifics of your situation for an estimate of both time and expense.


5. Question: Does Sunquest Pools sell pool and spa chemicals to individuals not on weekly service?

6. Question: Does Sunquest Pools sell pool and spa equipment to individuals not on weekly service for the individual to install himself?

Answer: Unfortunately, because of liability and warranty issues, Sunquest Pools can only install equipment purchased through Sunquest Pools.
