POLICY

General Warranty Information

Sunquest pools provides a 90-day warranty on all work performed with regard to plumbing and the installation of new equipment. Equipment/products/merchandise installed or sold by Sunquest Pools retains the manufacturer's warranty for workmanship, etc. All warranty issues will be handled directly by the product manufacturer. Manufacturer contact information can be obtained from Sunquest Pools.

Any merchandise purchased from Sunquest Pools must be returned within 30 Days of original purchase for exchange or credit. No returns will be accepted on any merchandise after 30 days. All merchandise must be returned in original packaging, unused including all owner's manuals and accessories to receive credit or be eligible for exchange.

Pool cleaners are not eligible for return or exchange once they have been installed or placed in the pool. Sunquest Pools is available for consultation to assist customers in selecting the correct cleaner for their specific pool.

WEEKLY MAINTENANCE POLICIES

Weekly maintenance customers are responsible for confining pets away from the swimming pool area when technicians are scheduled to service the pool.

All gates leading to swimming pool area must be operational and in good working order.

Weekly maintenance customers are responsible for maintaining the water level of their swimming pool. Sunquest Pools does not add water to customer pools.

Weekly maintenance customers are responsible for maintaining the areas around the swimming pool, such as trimming trees and bushes, in order to provide Sunquest Pools technicians access to the area.

Weekly maintenance accounts will be billed monthly on the 25th of each month with payment due by the 15th of the following month. Late payments will be assessed a $20.00 late fee for each occurrence. Customers with two late payments are subject to cancellation of service. Unpaid balances may be sent to a collection agency.
